We are still concerned that there is no current lands analysis for rural and resource lands (farm, forest, mineral) to determine the annual rate of conversion and the conversion's effect on the County's economy.  Please tell the BOCC to reject conversion of Ag-NRL and reject increased density in rural lands until we know what effect these changes will have on Skagit County's economy.  Thank you in advance!
