Skagit County Planning Commission Members
Skagit County Planning Commissioners review the Skagit
County Comprehensive Plan once per year to vote on
Comprehensive Plan amendments, and mapping changes.
They also consider county development code revisions and
planning policy changes. For example, mapping
changes may determine whether a parcel of land is included
or excluded from the Urban Growth Boundary of a city or
town.
